Despite this, Shaun patiently waited for the tow truck to arrive and made sure the vehicle was safely brought into the workshop.He diagnosed and fixed the issue by the very next day, which was already impressive — but what truly blew us away was what came next. Knowing we were on our way back to Christchurch, Shaun personally drove the repaired vehicle to Geraldine so we could conveniently pick it up along the way. That’s going far beyond what any normal business would do — it’s the kind of care and support that’s rare these days.And despite all this effort, he only charged us for the actual repair work — not for his time waiting, arranging, or personally delivering the vehicle.
